I was absolutely delighted recently, to walk just over 9 miles from Martin Mere, with Walking Group 4. I’ve not walked that distance for years but the group were so supportive and encouraging, they were the epitome of what the u3a is all about, how to live life to the full.
It just shows the importantance of the friendship and support to be found in the u3a!
