Photo Group 1 had their monthly meeting yesterday, at Ainsdale Methodist Church Hall. The subject of the August theme had been ‘Last of the Summer Wine’. The brief was to think not just about wine (difficult) but to extend the scope to age related subjects, just not people. After a challenging start, most people got into the swing of things. It was good to be able to welcome some new members into the group. We are looking forward to seeing their submissions for upcoming themes and helping them to enjoy their photography.
The theme for September is ‘Food, Glorious Food’. That should result in some interesting photos (not to mention a few pounds put on).
