The ‘Outside Your Comfort Zone’ group certainly lived up to their name on 5th April, taking part in a Crossfit Taster session at Crossfit ASG.
By all accounts, the day was very successful and the members involved are now (almost) ready to leap tall buildings. The photos below give a flavour of the taster.
