This week a group from Out&About had a tour of the Recycling Facility run by Veolia in Fazakerly. This site services all the recycling for Sefton, Liverpool, Halton and St Helens.
Our tour guide, Rachel, had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the plant and recycling in general and answered a barrage of questions by us, before the actual tour. It was an excellent tour and many members confessed to learning a lot about recycling!!
