Spring is definitely in the air. Flowers are blooming, trees are budding, seeds are sprouting and the days are lengthening. Not wanting to be left out, the inhabitants of our pond have been busy and we are now keeping a daily watch on hordes of frogspawn and baby fish. The toads are more discrete, but are definitely around and there have been regular sightings of one of our newts.
