Bookings are now being taken for the the Coach Trip group’s run out to Ravenglass & Eskdale steam railway and Muncaster Castle and Gardens
Our visit includes a ride on the Ravenglass & Eskdale steam railway and in the afternoon we visit Muncaster Castle/gardens including birds of prey in the Hawk & Owl centre. Muncaster Castle is approximately a ten minute drive from Ravenglass.
The coach will depart from Southport at 8.00am and will return at approximately 6.30pm
The cost will be £34.00 per person (£21.00 for the railway and castle and £13.00 for coach travel). This will include all coach travel, steam railway, Munster castle and gratuities.
You can book your place in the usual way via Beacon.
All payments must be received by Thursday 2nd June 2022.
As there will be no U3A meeting until 9th June, which is only two days before the coach trip, it would be appreciated if you would send a cheque made payable to ‘Southport U3A’ to the home address of the group leaders.
