On 11th May, members of Southport u3a had the opportunity to try their hand at sailing on Southport’s Marine Lake.
The weather gods smiled on those attending, with a light breeze and plenty of sunshine. The food gods joined in with an excellent lunch and everybody agreed it was an excellent day ‘messing about on the water’. Some even went as far as saying it was the best event they had attended.
