May 5th, the day before the coronation of the new king, Southport u3a held our own right royal event, in the form of the most amazing tea party in the Princess Grace Suite at The Grand Hotel.
I’m pleased to say that it bore no resemblance to the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, though there were plenty of hats in evidence and some mad goings on.
